Headed to DC

After getting up far too early to stand in a line far too long and being subjected to far too much scrutiny (who’s idea was this backscattet x-ray – because that’s not a bit invasive right?) I am waiting to board Flight 45 to JFK. What I chuckle at is that I knew it was that flight number and that it would be out of A7, I’ve taken it enough recently… Anyhow, it was a beautiful, brisk morning here when I left downtown, looks to be raining in DC now but clearing shortly after I arrive, hopefully tomorrow night stays clear for the Big Shot.
